Today is Monday, March 30, 2015 and we just had a Furnace Service Man service our Carrier 8000 TS Furnace.
Upon arriving I must say he did not realize it was just the furnace that was not properly working it was the “woman resident” as well… he immediatedly asked where the furnace was. I then went down to observe what was happening.. “not having a clue about anything related to this device”…he stopped patiently with great composure…calmness and confidence with reassuring that the problem would be fixed and that CANUCK takes great pride in their work with satisfactory end results and followups…and that there were times they had to go to get parts that they themselves did not have on hand…
With great leadership qualities and composure… he politely said he should get back to completing his task that was given to him. He informed and reassured me he would explain variety of offers available…not just furnace— air conditioning…heating tanks…plumbing etc. that I could investigate interested.
I felt very confident and assured that my husband had made the right decision in Calling CANUCK plumbing and heating after today.

Our new air conditioning unit has now been installed and we wish to thank you very much for your assistance in purchasing the unit and sending your crew out to install same.
Matt, we couldn’t have asked for a better twosome. Both Faron and Eric are very personable gentlemen and we thoroughly enjoyed having them in our home.
They were fast and efficient and cleaned up as they went along and then cleaned again before leaving. Faron took the time to go over the operating manuals for both the air conditioning unit and the remote control. He also pointed out the functions on the installed unit and where the filter was and when to look at cleaning same. He filled in the warranty card and explained your own shop warranty to us as well. By the time they left, we felt very secure in the operating of our new unit and its remote control.
Matt, we had not previously called upon Canuck Plumbing when faced with plumbing, heating or cooling issues; however, after the experience of speaking with you and having you come to our home to give us an estimate and then having Faron and Eric perform the remove and install, we will not hesitate to make Canuck Plumbing our first and only call for any future needs.
We will also gladly recommend your company to our family and friends.
Recently I had a visit from Canuck Plumbing and Heating. The experience was beyond compare! I felt valued as a customer through the integrity they showed me. The technician, Vince, was very friendly, helpful, and honest and he was more than willing to answer my numerous questions. I have a few more projects around the house to do and one company I love and trust completely, thank you Canuck!
I had two wonderful service agents at my house today.
Normally I assume people are expected to do a good job and they did. I want to say that they were courteous, professional, and pleasant in excess of expectations.
They took the time to explain things in layman’s terms to me and offered all options.
